Colours used: Burnt sienna, cadmium yellow pale, turquoise and viridian.
I finished off the bird by adding indigo for the dark parts and carmine for the eye.
Then added line with Derwent watercolour pencils with the addition of the odd wash of water to smooth the lines out.
