The Challenge was working loose, without any drawing, creating high mountains, deep snow, a great scenery with less colors. This is a warm up for a larger version. I love first sketches on Bockingford Fatpads paper very much. This was the first wash and I decided to add more darkness behind the mountains. It creates more depth and more light - as you can see at the top.
